🗯️ The Challenge
The website needed an updated and modern design that addressed usability issues and improved the overall user experience. Navigation was unclear, key information was difficult to find, and the structure didn’t support easy browsing, making it frustrating for users to explore the menu.
✏️ Heuristic Review
We conducted a heuristic review using Nielsen’s 10 usability principles to evaluate the website’s overall user experience. This method helped identify key usability issues related to navigation, consistency, and accessibility. By analysing how users interact with the site, we pinpointed areas that needed improvement to create a more intuitive and efficient design.
🎯 The Solution
We ****redesigned the site with clearer navigation, better category indicators, and a more organised layout. Key information was made easier to find, creating a smoother and more intuitive user experience.
We conducted a heuristic review to evaluate the website’s usability based on Jakob Nielsen’s ten usability principles. Nielsen’s severity scale helps prioritise usability issues based on their impact. From minor inconveniences to critical problems, this rating system ensures that the most pressing issues are addressed first, improving the overall user experience.
